Brian is also very patient as it took us almost six months to find our property, he did not pressure us and he waited along with us until that perfect property came up for sale. He did not try to oversell or upsell us and respected our budget. Brian and Co. are excellent in communicating every detail and also in responding in a timely manner. Nothing is ever left hanging. He gave me a few ideas and best way forward to get in the best position to get approved. Once the ball started rolling there were numerous hic-cups since the house was out of state it was looking like the banks were not going to play fair. Coincidently Jack called to check the status and once I brought him up to speed he quickly assumed a position in the go around and through sometime intense calculations was able to work with the bank to get the project approved. There were so many moving parts to the loan that the average person would have thrown in the towel. Not Jack, he was getting ZERO for his efforts but figured it was a track he set me on and he felt the need to make sure it got back on track and I was approved. To say he went above and beyond is like saying the ocean is big. It doesn't do what he did any justice. I would recommend Jack for ANY of your real-estate needs as he is as seasoned and knowledgeable as they come. And at the end of the day he will make sure you get the outcome you wanted.
