Brian is the consummate professional, very personable and knowledgeable of the OCNJ market and very professional. He is the ultimate negotiator when making and accepting offers. Brian is also very patient as it took us almost six months to find our property, he did not pressure us and he waited along with us until that perfect property came up for sale. He did not try to oversell or upsell us and respected our budget. Brian and Co. are excellent in communicating every detail and also in responding in a timely manner. Nothing is ever left hanging. When we decided to sell our property we listed it with Brian without missing a beat. Ultimately the property was sold and it was a seamless endeavor.
